报道了用国产激光二极管泵浦NdYVO4激光器连续锁模的实验结果。在泵浦功率为122.4mW时获得稳定的锁模序列,脉冲宽度43ps(FWHM),输出功率7mW。实验中在较低的泵浦强度下观察到了弛豫振荡的振幅调制现象,并导出了含有自相位调制时锁模宽度的自恰解。
The experimental results of continuous mode-locking with a domestic laser diode-pumped NdYVO4 laser are reported. A stable mode-locked sequence was obtained with a pump power of 122.4 mW with a pulse width of 43 ps (FWHM) and an output power of 7 mW. In the experiment, the amplitude modulation of relaxation oscillation was observed under the condition of lower pump intensity, and the self-consistent solution of the mode-locked width with self-phase modulation was deduced.
