污水进入污水气提塔后,由于污水气提塔填料的通过能力下降,对介质的阻力增大,污水不能及时从填料上部流下,在气提过程中有部分液体被N2、H2S、CO2气体带到下游,对下游克劳斯炉的使用造成极大的安全隐患,针对这一情况采取了蒸汽加热吹扫、碱液浸泡、溶硫剂浸泡等工作,但效果不明显。最终采取加装一套污水气提塔尾气分液装置,保证了下游克劳斯炉的正常运行
