2002年12月6日,云南洱源县政府与四川新希望农业股份有限公司(新希望集团所属上市公司)在昆明正式签约:“新希望”出资5500万元收购洱源县政府持有的蝶泉公司91.8%的国有股份,并承担原有公司债权债务,增资扩股,妥善安置员工,妥善解决鲜奶收购及价格等问题,接收“蝶泉”商标、“邓川”原产地标志等无形资产等。并购完成的几年内,新公司运作顺利,基地建设、生产经营、市场开拓取得新的进展,出现了“政府满意,企业增效,财政增收,奶农高兴”的喜人局面。
December 6, 2002, Yunnan Eryuan County Government and Sichuan New Hope Agricultural Co., Ltd. (New Hope Group, a listed company) officially signed in Kunming: “New Hope ” invested 55 million acquisition of the Eryuan County Government 91.8% of the state-owned shares of Butterfly Spring Company, and assume the original claims and liabilities of the company, capital increase, expansion of shares, proper placement of staff, properly solve the milk purchase and price issues such as receiving “Butterfly Spring” trademark, “Marks of origin and other intangible assets.
