利用三维建模软件UG建立棒材多模孔立式挤压模型,通过有限元数值模拟软件DEFORM-3D进行黄铜棒多模孔挤压过程的数值模拟,使用材料库中建立的应力应变本构方程,建立多组挤压速度制度,进行挤压工艺模拟,分析挤压过程中挤压速度对挤压过程中金属流动、应力、应变、挤压力、破坏倾向等方面的影响及其机理,找出挤压速度对挤压参数、金属组织性能等方面的影响规律。
