如今,就业市场的招聘广告铺天盖地,面对众多的招聘广告,求职者该如何阅读,这可是求职过程中的一个重要环节。能否正确、有效地阅读招聘广告,直接关系到求职的成败。笔者认为,正确阅读招聘广告应抱着“不可不信,不可全信”的态度,透过现象看本质,从广告的字里行间“读”出你所需要的信息来。去伪存真,拨开花言巧语的迷雾很多人认为,公开发行的报刊上刊登的招聘广告,应该是确信无疑的。其实不然,虽然招聘广告一般都有劳动或人事部门的批准文号,但这只表明该广告的合法性,并不代表其招聘行为的合法性。求职者一定要留意那些通过合法广告的“花言巧语”来掩饰的不法行为。招聘广告是虚是实,是真是假,都可以从广告字眼的“蛛丝马迹”中探索出来。
