采用平行跳跃调查法对模拟粮仓中的螨类进行1年的群落多样性和动态研究。结果表明:捕获的螨类隶属于5科7属,腐食酪螨和马六甲肉食螨是优势种,两种螨类因时间变化和调查位置不同呈现不同分布特点。Shannon-Wiener多样性指数变化范围为(0.75,1.5),Pielou均匀度指数为(0.25,0.65),Margalef物种丰富度指数为(0.47,0.78),Simpson优势度指数为(0.43,0.85);采用Jaccard指数对储粮螨类群落进行物种相似性分析,不同季节间螨类群落物种达到极相似,但是不同调查区域之间物种组成有部分表现出不相似。
One-year community diversity and dynamics of mites in simulated grain silos were investigated using parallel jump survey. The results showed that the captured mites belong to 5 genera and 7 genera, and the predatory mites were the dominant species. The two mites showed different distribution characteristics due to the time variation and different survey locations. The Shannon-Wiener diversity index ranged from (0.75,1.5), Pielou evenness index (0.25,0.65), Margalef species richness index (0.47,0.78) and Simpson dominance index (0.43,0.85) Jaccard index of species similarity of grain mites community, mites communities in different seasons to achieve very similar species, but the species composition of different survey areas showed some dissimilarities.
