目的调查宁夏小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌人群及动物感染现状,生物型别的分布及毒力基因携带情况。方法采用细菌分离培养和生化的方法分离鉴定菌株,对确认的阳性分离株进行血清学鉴定、生物分型和毒力基因检测,并应用脉冲场凝胶电泳技术(PFGE)进行分子分型。结果猪为宁夏致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的主要宿主,带菌率较高,检出率为7.02%(34/484);2011年分离的38株小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌主要以0∶3血清型为主,占分离菌株的71.05%(27/38),其中该型菌株均为生物3型;毒力基因分布特征为ail+、ystA+、ystB-、virF+、yadA+基因型占分离菌株的65.79%(25/38);26株致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌共分为4个带型,K6GN11C30021为主要型别,占所有分型菌株的36.00%(9/25)。结论 2011年分离到的致病性小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌以0∶3血清型为主,为生物3型;所有致病菌株具有较高的同源性。
Objective To investigate the population status of Yersinia enterocolitica in Ningxia and the status quo of animal infection, the distribution of biological types and virulence genes. Methods The strains were isolated and identified by bacterial culture and biochemical methods. The confirmed positive isolates were identified by serology, genotyping and virulence gene detection, and the molecular typing was performed by pulsed-field gel electrophoresis (PFGE). Results The pigs were the main hosts of Yersinia enterocolitica in Ningxia. The detection rate was 72.02% (34/484). The Yersinia enterocolitica isolates from 38 strains isolated in 2011 were 0: 3 serotypes, accounting for 71.05% (27/38) of the isolates, of which the strains were all of type 3. The virulence genes were characterized by ail +, ystA +, ystB-, virF + and yadA + genotypes Among them, Yersinia pestis was divided into four bands and K6GN11C30021 was the major genotype, accounting for 36.00% (9/25) of all the isolates. Conclusion The pathogenic Yersinia enterocolitica isolated in 2011 was mainly 0: 3 serotype and was of biological type 3. All pathogenic strains had high homology.
