小龙虾中汞的微波消解-原子荧光谱测定法

目的通过微波消解-原子荧光法探寻一种检测小龙虾中汞的简便、准确可行的方法。方法采用最佳微波消解程序分步消解样品,选择仪器最佳检测条件以及最佳载流浓度和还原剂浓度,通过加标回收试验和精密度试验,确定其准确度和精密度。结果该方法检出限为0.001 5 mg/kg,回收率为90%~101%。结论该方法具有简单、准确、重现性好等优点,可以满足水产品总汞的检测需要,并且可以应用于汞形态分析的筛检试验。 Objective To explore a simple, accurate and feasible method for detecting mercury in crayfish by microwave digestion-atomic fluorescence spectrometry. Methods The best microwave digestion procedure was used to digest the samples step by step. The best detection conditions, the best carrier concentration and the concentration of reducing agent were selected. The accuracy and precision of the method were determined by spike recovery test and precision test. Results The detection limit was 0.001 5 mg / kg and the recovery was 90% ~ 101%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can meet the detection requirements of total mercury in aquatic products and can be applied to the screening test of mercury speciation analysis.
