目前,学术界对网络非理性言论多持否定态度,并从网络管制视角提出种种应对措施以减少其负面效应。本文认为,对待网络非理性言论不能只重视其消极面,也应从正面分析其存在的合理性和积极意义,检视其产生根源并加以理性对待,通过国家-社会之间的良性沟通与对话,网络非理性言论终将逐步趋向理性。 At present, academic circles hold a negative attitude toward irrational remarks on networks and put forward various countermeasures from the perspective of network control in order to reduce their negative effects. This paper argues that irrational speech can not only focus on its negative aspects, but also analyze the rationality and positive significance of its existence from a positive perspective, examine its root causes and treat it rationally, and through sound communication and dialogue between the state and society, Irrational speech will eventually become more rational.
