目的:建立野菊花注射液中吐温-80的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,经硫氰酸钴铵溶液显色,测定野菊花注射液中吐温-80含量。结果:吐温-80在波长625nm处有最大吸收,在1.1292~3.3876mg/mL范围内呈良好线形关系(n=5),回归方程Y=0.1688X+9.52×10-2,r=0.9996,平均回收率为101.2%,RSD=0.96%。结论:该方法灵敏度高,稳定可靠,重现性好,适用于野菊花注射液中吐温-80含量的测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of tween-80 in Chrysanthemum injection. Methods: Ultraviolet spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of Tween-80 in Chrysanthemum morifolium injection by color development of cobalt thiocyanate solution. Results: Tween-80 had the maximal absorbance at 625nm wavelength and good linearity (n = 5) in the range of 1.1292 ~ 3.3876mg / mL. The regression equation Y = 0.1688X + 9.52 × 10-2, r = 0.9996, The average recovery was 101.2%, RSD = 0.96%. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, stable and reproducible. It is suitable for the determination of Tween-80 in Chrysanthemum indicum injection.
