患者男,36岁。阵发性胸骨后痛疼月余,胸痛,呼吸困难、咯血3天急诊入院。既往患右足血栓闭塞性脉管炎8年,心电图示急性前侧壁心肌梗塞,胸片示右肺梗塞,血压110/80mmHg。双肺满布湿性罗音,心界向左俺扩大,心律不齐,可闻早搏。右足背动脉搏动未触及。按心肌梗塞常规予以治疗。本例患有血栓闭塞性脉管炎多年,晚期可累及脑、肠、心、肾等内脏血管,出现相应部位的病
