法学专业本科生缺乏职业技能的训练;缺少法律职业的荣誉感和使命感;缺乏法律职业道德、职业伦理的教育。我们应改革课程结构体系,加大法律实践课程;多种教学方法有机结合,法律职业教育贯穿四年教育的始终;改变师资来源和结构,提升法学教师的实践能力;加强法学院系与实务界的沟通与合作。但法学教育与法律职业的脱节并非法学院系本身可以解决,法学专业本科生法律职业思维的培养是有限的。
Law undergraduates lack of vocational skills training; the lack of legal professional sense of honor and mission; the lack of legal professional ethics, professional ethics education. We should reform the curriculum structure system and increase the courses of law practice. Combining multiple teaching methods, legal vocational education runs through four years of education, changing the sources and structure of teachers and enhancing the practical ability of law teachers, and strengthening the departments of law and practice Communication and cooperation. However, the disconnection between legal education and legal profession is not solved by the law faculty itself. The cultivation of law professional thinking of undergraduates majoring in law is limited.
