以往电机电机功率匹配主要考虑电机启动问题,这种电机安装功率计算方法容易造成电机安装功率偏高,电机效率偏低。通过生产数据测试,部分三项异步电机功率利用率低于20%,处于电机功率利用低效区域。本文结合现场测试载荷数据,利用目前在用电机实施电机对调,能够有效的提高电机效率,提高在用设备节能效率。
In the past, motor motor power matching mainly considered the motor starting problem. Such a motor installation power calculation method easily caused the motor to have high installation power and the motor efficiency was low. Through the production data test, part of the three asynchronous motor power utilization rate of less than 20%, in the motor power utilization inefficient area. In this paper, the field test load data, the use of motor current motor alignment, can effectively improve the motor efficiency, energy-saving equipment to improve efficiency.
