对天然气进行乙烷回收可为乙烯工程提供轻烃原料,分层次利用能源,降低油气损耗,提高生产和运输过程中的安全性。为研究天然气乙烷回收工艺的关键参数对乙烷回收率和能耗的影响,应用HYSYS软件模拟计算,结果表明:脱甲烷塔塔压、塔顶温度、侧线抽出量和侧线返回温度均对乙烷回收工艺存在显著影响。
The recovery of ethane from natural gas can provide light hydrocarbon feedstock for ethylene projects, utilize energy hierarchically, reduce oil and gas depletion and improve safety in production and transportation. In order to study the influence of the key parameters of natural gas ethane recovery process on the recovery of ethane and energy consumption, HYSYS software was used to simulate the calculation. The results showed that the pressure of demethanizer, overhead temperature, There is a significant impact on the recovery of alkanes.
