中小城市中流动人口因其融入性强、离家较近、居留愿望强烈、生活压力相对较小等特点,其0—6岁子女的学前教育也出现了亲子相处多交流少、伙伴交往较为融洽、系统性教育易中断、重学业教育轻学前教育、重生活投入轻智能投入、教学方式策略传统单一、入园选择余地小等特点,为此我们应从政府投入、法规制定、媒体宣传、社会支持、社区参与等方面入手合力提高中小城市流动人口0—6岁儿童的学前教育质量,以促进和谐社会的全面构建。
