纳米二氧化铈是最重要的纳米稀土氧化物,被广泛应用于各个领域,随着其用途的不断增加,人们在生活环境中与纳米二氧化铈的接触机会增大,其生物安全性逐渐引起了人们的关注,对环境和人类健康影响的争议也愈来愈多。目前对于纳米二氧化铈生物效应的研究争议很大,既有正面效应也有负面效应的报道。本文重点综述纳米二氧化铈对细胞的毒性及可能的作用机制,系统归纳了纳米二氧化铈与活性氧产生的相互作用以及其对DNA损伤、自噬、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶信号通路的作用,为纳米二氧化铈的安全评价提供科学依据。
