对武钢4号高炉中修过程中热风管道内衬的粘接物进行了调研分析,结果表明主管砖衬的粘接物的组成中含有Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、SiO_2、ZnO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na_2O等成分,不同晶相与基质组成不同;粘接物的形成与高炉内回流的粉尘、碱金属、锌、硫化物、氯化物的蒸汽在砖衬表面凝结反应有关。粘接物的增加,尤其是碱金属、硫化物、氯化物的存在,会影响砖衬材料的高温性能。在热风管系的耐火材料生产和设计中需要关注碱金属、硫化物和氯化物的影响因素。

In hot-blast piping refractories production and design, attention needs to be paid to the effects of alkali metals, sulphides and chlorides.
