采用多孔孔板空化反应器处理石油污水,考察了不同入口压力、石油初始含量、温度和空化时间等影响因素对水中石油污染物去除效果的影响。结果表明,当入口压力为0.30 MPa、温度为35℃、空化时间为5 h时,水力空化对质量浓度为90 mg/L的石油污水中石油污染物的去除率可达57.68%。气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析结果显示,空化反应5 h后,谱峰数量由原水的25个减少到14个,烷烃占有机物总量由42.37%减少到28.45%,峰面积也由49.36%减少到35.49%。这说明水力空化对水中石油污染物有很好的降解和去除作用。
The multi-orifice plate cavitation reactor was used to treat petroleum wastewater. The effects of different inlet pressure, initial oil content, temperature and cavitation time on the removal of petroleum pollutants in water were investigated. The results show that the hydraulic cavitation can remove 57.68% of petroleum pollutants in petroleum wastewater with the mass concentration of 90 mg / L when the inlet pressure is 0.30 MPa, the temperature is 35 ℃ and the cavitation time is 5 h. The result of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry showed that after 5 hours of cavitation reaction, the number of peaks decreased from 25 to 14, the total amount of alkanes and organic matter decreased from 42.37% to 28.45% and the peak area from 49.36% Reduce to 35.49%. This shows that hydraulic cavitation on water pollutants in the oil has a good degradation and removal.
