目的研究新型静脉麻醉药HX0969w对小鼠自主活动的影响。方法将60只筛选后的昆明种小鼠随机分为6组,分别给予生理盐水、异丙酚、注射用磷丙泊酚钠、低、中、高剂量的HX0969w。每5 min测定1次小鼠的水平及垂直运动次数,直至小鼠给药(或翻正反射恢复)后30 min。结果低、中、高剂量HX0969w组小鼠对水平运动次数的减少分别在5~10、20~25、20~25 min时恢复,对垂直运动次数的减少分别在20~25、25~30、25~30 min时恢复;而等效剂量的异丙酚、注射用磷丙泊酚钠组小鼠分别与中剂量HX0969w组的相比,水平运动次数在15 min后两者均与其无统计学差异,前3组的垂直运动次数在30 min内均无统计学差异。结论 HX0969w对小鼠自主活动可产生可逆的抑制作用。
Objective To study the effect of a new intravenous anesthetic HX0969w on autonomic activity in mice. Methods Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups, which were treated with saline, propofol, sodium phosphorus propofol sodium, low, medium and high doses of HX0969w respectively. The level of mice and the number of vertical movements were measured every 5 min until 30 min after administration of the mice (or recovery of the right reflex). Results The reduction of the number of horizontal motions in low, middle and high doses of HX0969w mice recovered at 5 to 10, 20 to 25, and 20 to 25 minutes, respectively. The reduction in the number of vertical motions was 20-25, 25-30, 25 ~ 30 min recovery; while the equivalent dose of propofol, sodium and propofol sodium injection group, respectively, compared with the dose of HX0969w group, the number of horizontal motion after 15 min both with no statistical Differences in the first three groups of vertical motion within 30 min no significant difference. Conclusion HX0969w can produce reversible inhibition of mouse autonomic activity.
