榫头-榫槽结构是航空发动机中涡轮叶片和涡轮盘的主要连接部位,对其接触应力进行精确的有限元计算显得极为重要。采用ANSYS有限元计算软件,通过输入发动机服役状态下榫头-榫槽结构的力学与温度边界条件,得到了其接触应力的应力场分布,为叶片与涡轮盘的可靠性分析与设计优化提供参考。
The tenon-mortise structure is the main connection between turbine blades and turbine disk in aeroengine. It is very important to calculate the contact stress precisely by finite element method. Using ANSYS finite element software, the stress field distribution of contact tenon is obtained by inputting the mechanical and temperature boundary conditions of the tenon-tongue and groove structure under engine service condition, which provides reference for the reliability analysis and design optimization of the blade and turbine disc.
