目的探讨剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合的效果及安全性。方法以剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合70例产妇(观察组)为观察对象,与传统双层缝合的52例(对照组)进行对照比较。结果单层缝合手术时间明显缩短,术中出血量明显减少(P<0.05),两组术后排气时间、恶露干净时间及产褥病率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论剖宫产子宫肌层单层缝合不仅能缩短手术时间,还能减少术中出血量,效果满意,安全可靠。
Objective To investigate the effect and safety of single-layer suture of cesarean section in myometrium. Methods A total of 70 maternal women (observation group) underwent cesarean section with myometrial suture were selected as the observation objects and compared with 52 cases (control group) with conventional double suture. Results The time of monolayer suture was significantly shortened and the amount of bleeding during operation was significantly decreased (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in postoperative exhaust time, clean-up time and puerperal morbidity (P> 0.05) . Conclusion Cesarean section single myometrial suture can not only shorten the operation time, but also reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding, the effect is satisfactory, safe and reliable.
