目的观察早期替代治疗对先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿智能发育的效果,为拟定临床诊疗计划提供实验依据。方法选取前来医院诊治的先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿30例设为观察组,采用早期替代治疗,观察患儿的临床疗效,比较患儿治疗前后的甲状腺功能。同时选取健康儿童30例设为对照组,比较2组患儿的智能(适应能力、运动能力、精细动作、语言能力、社交能力等5个能区进行评估)。结果先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿经过早期替代治疗后,甲状腺功能较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05或P<0.01)。将治疗后的观察组患儿与对照组儿童的智能进行对比,对照组儿童的智能高于观察组(P<0.05),治疗后的观察组患儿的智能基本正常。结论采取早期替代治疗对先天性甲状腺功能减退症患儿,有很好的临床疗效,可有效改善甲状腺功能,促进智能发育,是一种较好的治疗方案,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the effect of early replacement therapy on the intellectual development of children with congenital hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) and provide experimental evidence for the development of clinical diagnosis and treatment plans. Methods Totally 30 children with congenital hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) who were admitted to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment were enrolled in the study. Early replacement therapy was used to observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment. The thyroid function was compared before and after treatment. At the same time, 30 healthy children were selected as the control group. The intelligence (adaptability, motor ability, fine motor skills, verbal ability, social competence) were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment of congenital hypothyroidism, the thyroid function improved significantly (P <0.05 or P <0.01) after the early replacement therapy. The intelligence of children in observation group and control group were compared. The intelligence of children in control group was higher than that in observation group (P <0.05). The intelligence of children in observation group was basically normal after treatment. Conclusion Early replacement therapy for congenital hypothyroidism in children with good clinical efficacy, can effectively improve the thyroid function, promote intelligent development, is a better treatment, it is worth promoting the clinical application.
