本文认为,我国家族企业治理模式普遍存在所有权高度集中、债权人和外部股东难以监管、政府过度干预、家族企业权力交接容易引起纷争等问题。优化公司治理结构必须从建立健全现代产权制度、稳步推进股权多元化、改善外部治理机制和环境等方面入手。 This paper argues that the family-owned enterprises in our country have many problems such as the high concentration of ownership, the difficulty of regulation by creditors and external shareholders, the over-intervention by the government and the transfer of powers by family-owned enterprises. Optimizing corporate governance structure must start with establishing and perfecting modern property rights system, steadily promoting equity diversification, improving external governance mechanism and environment.
