CCD拼接技术是一种能够有效满足CCD相机视场覆盖宽度要求的专用技术。CCD的视场拼接可用于反射式光学系统,不会引入附加的色差。TDICCD是一种新型的、可在低照度环境下成像的器件,其结构与普通的线阵CCD完全不同。介绍了TDICCD的视场拼接技术,并根据TDICCD的结构和成像特性,对TDICCD的视场拼接进行了分析。结果表明,在吸收和借鉴光学拼接工艺和操作经验的基础上,完成了对TDICCD的视场拼接工作,使视场拼接精度达到了设计要求。
CCD splicing technology is a special technology that can effectively meet the CCD camera field of view coverage width requirements. CCD field of view stitching can be used for reflective optical systems, does not introduce additional color difference. TDICCD is a new type of device that can be imaged in a low-light environment, and its structure is completely different from a normal linear CCD. The TDICCD field of view stitching technique is introduced. According to the structure and imaging characteristics of TDICCD, the field stitching of TDICCD is analyzed. The results show that on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the experience of optical splicing process, the work of splicing the field of TDICCD has been finished, and the precision of the splicing of the field has reached the design requirements.
