对硝酸盐的快速比色法进行了改进。改进的方法不使用硫酸钡,引入了亚硝酸离子(通过硝酸盐的还原获得)与对氨基苯磺酰胺的重氮化作用,然后与a-萘替乙撑二胺二盐酸盐螯合。用过滤代替比色液的离心,简化了测定步骤。测定结果的重现性很好,对土壤和植株提取液的测定,变异系数分别为2.2%和2.9%。
Nitrate rapid colorimetry was improved. The improved method does not use barium sulfate, introduces the diazotization of nitrite ions (obtained by reduction of nitrate) with p-aminobenzenesulfonamide, and then sequesters with a-naphthalenediamine dihydrochloride. Filtration instead of centrifugation of the colorimetric solution simplifies the assay procedure. The reproducibility of the determination results is very good. The determination of soil and plant extracts has a coefficient of variation of 2.2% and 2.9% respectively.
