目的研究干旱胁迫对苦豆子Sophora alopecuroides L.种子吸胀萌发的影响及其幼苗抗旱性。方法以苦豆子种子为实验材料,采用PEG-6000模拟干旱条件,测定种子吸胀速率、发芽率、种苗生长情况、组织相对含水量等指标。结果随着胁迫程度的加剧,苦豆子种子吸胀速率、发芽率、发芽指数、生活力、苗高和根长、组织饱和含水量等指标均表现出明显降低的趋势,而苗干质量、根干质量和根冠比均呈先升后降的趋势。结论苦豆子种子在适当的干旱胁迫下可以提高苦豆子幼苗的抗旱性,有利于培育壮苗。
Aim To study the effects of drought stress on the imbibation and germination of Sophora alopecuroides L. seedlings. Methods The seeds of Sophora alopecuroides were used as experimental materials. PEG-6000 was used to simulate the drought conditions, and the indicators such as the expansive rate of seeds, the germination rate, the seedling growth and the relative water content of the tissues were measured. Results With the aggravation of the degree of stress, the indexes such as the expansive rate, the germination rate, the germination index, the vitality, the seedling height and the root length, the saturated water content of the seedlings of Sophora alopecuroides were significantly decreased. However, The dry weight and root / shoot ratio all showed the tendency of first increasing and then decreasing. Conclusion The seeds of Sophora alopecuroides seedlings can improve the drought resistance of Sophora alopecuroides seedlings under appropriate drought stress, which is good for cultivating strong seedlings.
