本文根据上海市水利工程施工的实际特点,对上海市水利工程项目施工控制进行初探,从施工实际情况、水利工程的特点、进度控制计划的编制、施工进度控制等方面进行阐述,重点分析了水利工程项目施工控制存在的问题(如业主前期动拆迁的问题、施工单位自身组织的问题、相关参建单位的组织问题),希望对实际施工起到一定的借鉴作用。 Based on the actual characteristics of water conservancy construction in Shanghai, this paper discusses the construction control of Shanghai water conservancy project from the aspects of construction actuality, characteristics of water conservancy project, preparation of schedule control plan and construction schedule control, Construction project construction control problems (such as the owners move the demolition of the previous issue, the construction unit’s own organization, the organization involved in the construction unit problems), hoping to play a certain reference for the actual construction.
