运用鲁宾斯坦的讨价还价博弈思想模拟电网建设政策处理中的博弈过程,在不完全信息条件下构造电网公司和地方政府的委托代理模型、地方政府和当地居民的讨价还价博弈模型,分析电网公司、地方政府和当地居民三大利益群体在政策处理过程中的相互作用,探究如何在现有政策环境下使各利益群体的收益分配达到均衡,从而有利于构建电网建设和谐外部环境。
This paper uses Rubinstein’s bargaining game theory to simulate the game process in the process of power grid construction policy, constructs the principal-agent model of grid company and local government, bargaining game model of local government and local residents under the condition of incomplete information, analyzes the grid company, Government and local residents in the process of policy dealing with the three major interest groups to explore how to balance the distribution of benefits among various interest groups under the existing policy environment so as to be conducive to building a harmonious external environment for power grid construction.
