近来宫颈癌的放疗,国内多数学者主张采用高剂量率腔内后装治疗,常用的放射源为~(60)Co、~(137)Cs和~(192)Ir三种。我院妇科治疗室自1984年3月~1989年8月共收治宫颈癌576例,其中采用~(60)Co(Ralstron-20B)100例,~(137)Cs (Buchler)176例。本文重点分析子宫颈癌高剂量率后装治疗的疗效及其放疗反应,并对应用~(60)Co、和~(137)Cs放射源的疗效作一比较。
Recent cervical cancer radiotherapy, most domestic scholars advocate the use of high dose rate intracavity afterloading treatment, commonly used radioactive sources for the ~ (60) Co, ~ (137) Cs and ~ (192) Ir three. Gynecology treatment room in our hospital from March 1984 to August 1989 were treated 576 cases of cervical cancer, which used ~ (60) Co (Ralstron-20B) 100 cases, ~ (137) Cs (Buchler) 176 cases. This article focuses on the analysis of the curative effect and radiotherapy response of high dose rate of posterior cervical cancer and the comparison of curative effect of ~ (60) Co and 137 Cs sources.
