以宣钢原料为对象,依据烧结生产情况研究了不同Mg O含量对烧结矿质量的影响。结果表明随着Mg O含量的增加,烧结矿各项指标均受不同程度的影响,适宜的Mg O含量有利于提高烧结矿的成品率、转鼓强度,改善其冶金性能。综合考虑其与烧结过程参数、烧结矿的粒度组成、成品率和转鼓指数及冶金性能的关系,确定宣钢烧结矿适宜Mg O含量为2.50%~3.00%。
Taking Xuan steel as raw material, the influence of different MgO content on sinter quality was studied according to the sintering production. The results show that with the increase of MgO content, various indicators of sinter are affected to varying degrees. Appropriate MgO content is beneficial to improve sinter yield, drum strength, and improve its metallurgical properties. Considering the relationship between sintering process parameters, the particle size distribution of sinter, yield, drum index and metallurgical properties, the suitable MgO content of Xuanhua sinter is 2.50% -3.00%.
