概述了第3代汽车用中锰钢的研究现状及进展,介绍了已开发的中锰钢的化学成分及其设计依据,分析了不同合金元素对中锰钢组织和性能的影响,揭示了中锰钢的高强度、高塑性和高加工硬化率的形成机制,讨论了逆相变退火工艺与拉伸行为的关系,并对中锰钢的未来应用领域进行了预测。
The research status and progress of the third generation of medium manganese steel for automobile are summarized. The chemical composition and design basis of the developed medium manganese steel are introduced. The effects of different alloying elements on the microstructure and properties of the medium manganese steel are analyzed. The formation mechanism of high-strength, high-plasticity and high work-hardening rate of manganese steel is discussed. The relationship between reverse-phase-change annealing process and tensile behavior is discussed, and the future application of medium-manganese steel is forecasted.
