针对绕城高速公路的重要性及雾天交通事故对路网车流的显著干扰,在事故影响区划分为保护区、控制区和缓冲区的基础上,通过采集某典型绕城高速公路交通事故数据,首先应用干涉车流波模型计算出缓冲区主线干涉作用下最大排队长度和所对应的时刻,以及事故消散时间;其次就各个影响区所处空间位置和区内交通流特性,分别探讨了雾天各事故影响区紧急交通组织措施应用,为最大限度地降低二次事故发生和发挥绕城高速公路枢纽作用提供指导。
In view of the importance of the expressway around the city and the obvious interference of traffic accidents on the traffic on the road network, the accident affected area is divided into protection area, control area and buffer area. By collecting traffic accident data of a typical expressway, , The interference queuing wave model is used to calculate the maximum queuing length and the corresponding time under the interference of the main line of the buffer and the time of the accident dispersion. Secondly, the spatial distribution of the affected area and the traffic flow in the area are discussed respectively. The application of emergency traffic organization measures in the affected area of each accident will provide guidance for minimizing the occurrence of secondary accidents and playing a pivotal role in the highway around the expressway.
