目的　探讨 2型糖尿病病人个性心理特征、情感表达能力、生活事件及心理健康水平。方法　采取EPQ、述情障碍量表、生活事件量表、SCL - 90对 2型糖尿病病人进行对照研究。结果　 2型糖尿病病人情绪不稳定 ,神经质明显 ,掩饰性较高。述情障碍明显。发病前一年内接受负性生活事件频度和生活事件总值均较对照组高。心理健康水平较对照组低。结论　个性心理特征、情感表达能力、发病前生活事件与 2型糖尿病发病相关。 2型糖尿病病人心理健康水平应该受到关注 ,在接受药物治疗的同时 ,应加强心理治疗 Objective To investigate the psychological characteristics, emotional expression, life events and mental health of type 2 diabetic patients. Methods The EPQ, Escape Disorder Scale, Life Events Scale and SCL - 90 were used to study the type 2 diabetes patients. Results Type 2 diabetes patients with emotional instability, neurotic obvious, higher cover. Disability obvious. The frequency of negative life events and life events in the year before the onset were higher than those in the control group. Mental health than the control group. Conclusion Individual psychological characteristics, emotional expression, pre-morbid life events are associated with the onset of type 2 diabetes. Mental health of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus should be concerned about, while receiving medication, psychological treatment should be strengthened
