安全生产事关人民群众生命财产安全,事关改革开放、经济发展和社会稳定大局。习近平总书记强调要健全“党政同责、一岗双责、齐抓共管”的安全生产工作责任体系,核心是党政同责。党组织和行政抓安全生产的目标一致,但分工不同,着力点不同。党组织在安全管理中要找准切入点,抓住结合点,充分发挥自身优势。笔者认为可以从思想政治引领、宣传教育融合以及安全文化建设等方面着手,做实“三基”工作,确保安全生产。 Safety production is a matter of life and property safety of the people and the general concern of reform and opening up, economic development and social stability. General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed the need to improve the “responsibility of the party and government with the same responsibility, a post responsibility, make joint efforts” in the work safety responsibility system, the core is the responsibility of the party and government. Party organizations and administrative departments are committed to the goal of safety in production. However, the division of labor is different with different focuses. In the safety management, the Party organization must find the right starting point, grasp the combination point and give full play to its advantages. The author believes that we can start from the ideological and political leadership, publicity and education integration and safety culture construction and other aspects, to do “three bases” work to ensure safety in production.
