顶杆脱出装置是穿孔机后台顶杆循环系统中的关键设备,它的功能是将顶杆从毛管中脱出。介绍一种新型顶杆脱出装置的设备组成、结构设计、驱动电机功率计算及工程应用。经理论分析和工程实践验证,该脱出装置具有效率高、结构强度好、操作灵活等特点,完全能够满足后台配备顶杆循环系统的快节奏、高产能穿孔机组的要求。
The ejector lever is the key equipment in the backstop ejector circulation system, and its function is to eject the ejector pin from the capillary tube. This paper introduces the equipment composition, structural design, power calculation and engineering application of a new type of jack ejector. The theoretical analysis and engineering practice prove that the ejector has the characteristics of high efficiency, good structural strength and flexible operation, and can fully meet the requirements of the fast-paced and high-productivity piercing unit equipped with ejector circulation system in the backstage.
