目的:探讨和总结中药复方抗氧化机制的用药规律。方法:计算机检索中文科技期刊数据库、中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献服务系统、万方数据库中应用抗氧化机制的中药复方,建立相应数据库,采用频数分析、聚类分析、关联规则对复方中主要药物、药对规律进行分析。结果:应用机制为抗氧化的中药复方(含具体药物)43首,中药出现频次320次,选取记录单味出现频次≥4次的高频药物共27味药中药。对高频药物聚类分析,主要为补益类、化瘀类、利湿类、温里类、泻下类、解表类、收涩类、安神类、开窍类、清热类,检索出中国知网数据库明确对所选文献中符合纳入标准的药物运用Excel表进行收录,后用SPSS 22.0统计软件进行聚类分析。应用IBM SPSS Modeler 14.1软件进行关联分析,共得药对规则14条。结论:应用聚类和关联分析研究机制为抗氧化的中药复方是可行的。
Objective: To explore and summarize the rules of anti-oxidative mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods: The databases of Chinese sci-tech periodicals, Chinese periodicals full-text databases, Chinese biomedical literatures service system and Wanfang database were searched by computer. The corresponding databases were established. The frequency, The main drugs, drugs to analyze the law. Results: The mechanism of application was 43 anti-oxidant compounds (including specific drugs) and 320 times of traditional Chinese medicines. A total of 27 herbs were recorded in this study. For high-frequency drug cluster analysis, mainly for the tonic class, blood stasis class, dampness class, Wenli class, diarrhea category, the surface category, astringent category, soothe the nerves, resuscitation category, Net database clearly selected in the inclusion of the drug in the literature using the Excel table included, after using SPSS 22.0 statistical software for cluster analysis. Application SPSS Modeler 14.1 software for association analysis, a total of 14 pairs of rules on the drug. Conclusion: It is feasible to study the mechanism of anti-oxidation by using clustering and correlation analysis.
