物价管理工作在医院经济运作过程中作用的重要性日益突显,因此,强化医院物价管理,规范物价工作流程,明确物价管理目标,重视物价管理人员的政策培训等工作就变得日益重要和紧迫。我们医院的物价工作旨在从最基本的政策规范,到最具有实践性的收费项目管理、收费程序中物价管理流程维护以及临床收费的事前监督、事后检查,到最后物价工作总结,都建立完整的工作规范,建立与临床收费工作配套的收费模型,让医院经济在良好的物价管理的基础上稳步增长。
