在新形势下加强社会管理的党和国家的一个重大战略任务,也是企业工会在新时代的任务。企业工会需要掌握工会的运行形式,不断探索创新工作,努力构建和谐的劳动关系,始终代表和维护职工群众的合法权益,充分发挥工会的作用,积极参与到社会管理中。本文对社会管理的任务和目的进行分析,并且提出了企业工会参与社会管理的具体举措,促进社会的和谐发展。
Under the new situation, a major strategic task for strengthening the party and the state in social management is also the task of the trade unions in the new era. Trade unions need to grasp the operation form of trade unions, continuously explore innovative work, strive to build harmonious labor relations, always represent and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the workers and staff, give full play to the role of trade unions, and actively participate in social management. This article analyzes the tasks and objectives of social management, and puts forward specific measures for participating trade unions in social management so as to promote the harmonious development of society.
