本研究借助Moodle网络教学平台,通过网络自主学习与课堂面授有机结合,对某应用型本科院校非英语专业一年级100名学生进行了为期一年的混合教学模式的实证研究。运用定量及定性分析的方法,通过期末测试、调查问卷和访谈,结果表明:(1)经过一年的学习,实验班英语成绩提高程度明显高于对照班,这表明在教师面授课时减少的情况下,基于Moodle的混合教学模式能更有效地提高学生综合应用语言能力,达到了“减时增效”的目标。(2)新的教学模式有助于提高学生自主学习兴趣。(3)在利用混合学习开展教学的活动中,学生在利用网络进行学习时,教师的指导和帮助是非常必要的。
Based on the Moodle online teaching platform, this study conducts a one-year mixed-mode empirical research on 100 students of the first year of non-English majors in an applied-type undergraduate college through the combination of self-directed learning and classroom face-to-face teaching. Through the method of quantitative and qualitative analysis, through the final test, questionnaire and interviews, the results show that: (1) after one year of study, the grade of English in the experimental class is obviously higher than that of the control class, which shows that the decrease Under the Moodle-based hybrid teaching model can effectively improve students’ comprehensive ability to use the language, reaching the goal of “reducing the time and increasing efficiency”. (2) The new teaching mode helps to improve students’ autonomous learning interest. (3) In the use of blended learning to carry out teaching activities, teachers in the use of the network for learning, teacher guidance and help is very necessary.
