钢轨打磨列车作业过程中会产生大量磨削热,热量堆积会导致作业区温度不断升高,从而影响打磨质量。本文通过对钢轨打磨作业过程进行分析,建立针对钢轨打磨作业过程中单打磨头作业与多打磨头联合作业的磨削温度模型。通过仿真得到单打磨头作业与多打磨头联合作业情况下的温度曲线,并与实际作业情况对比分析,验证了模型的合理性。利用该温度模型可以进行磨削温度预测,通过打磨功率与作业速度的配比实现磨削区温度的控制,以防止磨削灼伤的产生。
Rail grinding train operation will produce a lot of grinding heat, heat accumulation will lead to the work area temperature rising, thus affecting the grinding quality. In this paper, the grinding process of rail grinding is analyzed to establish the grinding temperature model for the combination of single-head grinding and multi-head grinding in the process of rail grinding. Through the simulation, the temperature curve of single head grinding and multi-grinding heads is obtained, and compared with the actual working conditions, the rationality of the model is verified. The temperature model can be used to predict the grinding temperature. The grinding temperature can be controlled by the ratio of grinding power and working speed to prevent the grinding burns.
