目的:优选出乳宁丸中总氨基酸的最佳测定工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验设计,以水解温度、水解时间和盐酸浓度为考察因素,乳宁丸中总氨基酸的含量和得率为考察指标,确定乳宁丸中总氨基酸的最佳提取条件。结果:最佳测定工艺为水解温度110℃,水解时间为22 h,盐酸浓度为6 mol·L-1。结论:该优化测定工艺可用于乳宁丸中总氨基酸的测定,为乳宁丸的进一步研究提供了参考。
Objective: To optimize the determination of total amino acids in Runing Pills. Methods: The orthogonal design of L9 (34) was used to study the effect of hydrolysis temperature, hydrolysis time and concentration of hydrochloric acid on the determination of total amino acids in Runun Pills. Extraction conditions. Results: The optimal determination conditions were hydrolysis temperature 110 ℃, hydrolysis time 22 h, hydrochloric acid concentration 6 mol·L-1. Conclusion: The optimized determination method can be used for the determination of total amino acids in Runing Pills, which provides a reference for the further study of Runing Pills.
