目的:建立同时测定香丹注射液中2种水溶性成份丹参素和原儿茶醛含量的分析方法。方法:高效液相色普法。色谱柱:KromasilODSC-18(5μm,250×4.6mm);流动相:0.1%醋酸溶液—甲醇(90∶10);检测波长:280nm;流速:1.0mL/min。结果:丹参素,原儿茶醛的线性范围分别为5.27~52.7μg,1.08~10.8μg,线性关系良好(!≥0.9996),平均加样回收率(n=5)99.1%(RSD为1.9%)和98.3%(RSD为1.7%)。结论:本法快速,简便,准确。
OBJECTIVE: To establish an analytical method for simultaneous determination of two water-soluble constituents Danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes in Xiangdan injection. Method: High performance liquid chromatography. Column: Kromasil ODSC-18 (5 μm, 250×4.6 mm); mobile phase: 0.1% acetic acid solution—methanol (90:10); detection wavelength: 280 nm; flow rate: 1.0 mL/min. Results: The linear ranges of danshensu and protocatechuic aldehydes were 5.27~52.7μg and 1.08~10.8μg, respectively. The linear relationship was good (!≥0.9996). The average recovery (n=5) was 99.1% (RSD was 1.9%. ) and 98.3% (RSD was 1.7%). Conclusion: This method is fast, simple and accurate.
