On February 3, 2016, a hydrogen plasma was first fabricated using the stellarator fusion reactor “Spiral 7-X” (W7-X) in Greifswald, a city in northeastern Germany, which Is an important milestone in the study of controlled nuclear fusion. Babcock Knorr-Bremse supplied a very complex coil of superconducting magnet for the “Spiral 7-X” nuclear fusion reactor, and representatives also witnessed this important test in the field.
