通过机械球磨法获得B i0.90Sb0.10纳米晶粉末材料,常温下冷压成型,再分别在不同温度(373 K,473 K,573 K)下进行高压。通过X射线衍射实验分析表明B i0.90Sb0.10合金样品单相形成。分别测量了样品的Seebeck系数、热导率、电导率在80 K~300 K温区的变化情况,并与单晶样品进行比较,结果表明:通过高压制备的样品的电导率和热导率比单晶样品小,Seebeck系数在130 K附近出现明显的峰值。其中,在573 K下高压的样品在130 K时Seebeck系数出现最大值120.3μV/K,优值参数在140 K时为0.90×10-3K-1。
B i0.90Sb0.10 nanocrystalline powder was obtained by mechanical ball milling, cold forming at room temperature and then under high pressure at different temperatures (373 K, 473 K, 573 K). X-ray diffraction experimental analysis showed that the B i0.90Sb0.10 alloy sample was formed by single phase. The changes of the Seebeck coefficient, thermal conductivity and conductivity of the sample in the temperature range from 80 K to 300 K were measured and compared with the single crystal samples. The results showed that the electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity of samples prepared by high pressure The single crystal sample is small, Seebeck coefficient obvious peak near 130K. The sample with high pressure at 573 K showed the maximum Seebeck coefficient of 120.3 μV / K at 130 K, and the excellent value parameter was 0.90 × 10 -3 K-1 at 140 K.
