目的:研究大孔吸附树脂纯化参芪扶正注射液中黄芪和党参总皂苷的工艺条件。方法:根据吸附量及洗脱率选择最佳的大孔吸附树脂,用其对总皂苷进行纯化,并考察不同体积分数乙醇及用量对黄芪总皂苷洗脱性能的影响。结果:选择D101大孔吸附树脂进行纯化,用80%乙醇洗脱皂苷类成分,得总皂苷提取物。结论:通过大孔吸附树脂富集与纯化,可较好地纯化总皂苷。 OBJECTIVE: To study the conditions for the purification of Radix Astragali and Radix Codonopsis total saponin in Shenqi Fuzheng Injection by macroporous adsorption resin. Methods: According to the amount of adsorption and elution rate, the best macroporous resin was selected, and the total saponin was purified. The effects of different volume fractions of ethanol and dosage on the elution performance of total astragalus saponins were studied. Results: D101 macroporous resin was selected for purification. The total saponin extract was eluted with 80% ethanol. Conclusion: The total saponins can be purified well by macroporous adsorption and purification.
