30 MN自动矫直机是目前国内矫直力最大的全自动液压压力矫直机。以比例方向阀和二通插装阀为主要元件,设计了矫直机的主回路液压系统,推导出比例位置控制系统的数学模型,运用MATLAB及其工具箱绘制系统时域和频域各曲线图并进行PID校正,改善系统特性。对校正后系统的负载干扰进行了误差分析,分析结果满足矫直要求,验证了设计方案的可行性,为进一步调试和运行提供理论指导。
30 MN automatic straightening machine is currently the largest straightening force of fully automatic hydraulic pressure straightening machine. Using proportional directional valve and two-way cartridge valve as the main components, the hydraulic system of main circuit of straightening machine is designed and the mathematical model of proportional position control system is deduced. The curves of time-domain and frequency-domain of system are drawn by MATLAB and its toolbox Figure and PID correction to improve system performance. Error analysis of the system load after the correction is carried out. The analysis results meet the requirements of straightening. The feasibility of the design scheme is verified, which provides theoretical guidance for further debugging and operation.
