党的十八届四中全会首次将法治作为主题,提出了全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法治体系,建设社会主义法治国家的重大决策。因此,在新的历史时期,大力加快法治建设的步伐就成为现实所需。但在笔者看来,对于处于特殊历史时期的中国而言,正确地认识中国特色社会主义法治建设的根本要求,不仅是推进当代中国法治建设进程的必要前提,同时对于进一步加快当代中国法治建设的步伐也具有重要意义。 For the first time, the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Party puts the rule of law as its theme, putting forward major decisions on promoting the rule of law in an all-round way, building a socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics and building a socialist country ruled by law.
