TTV是 1 997年 Nishizawa发现的一种与人类隐源性肝病有关的新型肝炎病毒。 TTV为单链 DNA病毒 ,无包膜 ,基因排列与鸡贫血病毒 CAV相似 ,可能为人类第一种环状病毒。基因序列全长 385 2 bp,有 3个开放读码框架。TTV按基因结构分 G1~ G9等 9型 ,各型又分 2~ 3个亚型 ,不同种属的基因分型有差异。TTV有血源性、肠源性等感染途径 ,感染者均伴有 AL T的异常 ,但大部份无肝脏损害的生化、组织学证据。TTV在肝内复制 ,不整合于宿主的肝细胞中 ,确切的致病机理不详。关于 TTV的研究有待深入。
TTV was a novel hepatitis virus discovered by Nishizawa in 1997 and related to human cryptogenic liver disease. TTV is a single-stranded DNA virus, non-enveloped, gene arrangement and chicken anemia virus CAV similar, probably the first human circulatory virus. The gene sequence is 385 2 bp in length with 3 open reading frames. TTV according to the gene structure of G1 ~ G9 and other 9 types, each type is divided into 2 to 3 subtypes, genotypes of different species are different. TTV blood, gut-derived and other means of infection, were infected with AL T abnormalities, but most of the biochemical and histological evidence of liver damage. TTV replication in the liver, not integrated in the host of hepatocytes, the exact pathogenesis is unknown. Research on TTV needs further study.
