60年代以来,国外对膳食纤维进行了广泛研究,膳食纤维与人体健康的关系日益引起各国学者的重视。所谓膳食纤维即“木质素与不能被人类消化道所分泌的内源性酶所消化的多糖之和”,它同传统构粗纤维的含义有所不同。 Since the 1960s, foreign countries have conducted extensive research on dietary fiber, and the relationship between dietary fiber and human health has increasingly attracted the attention of scholars from various countries. The so-called dietary fiber is the “sum of the lignin and the polysaccharide that cannot be digested by the endogenous enzymes secreted by the human digestive tract.” It is different from the traditional crude fiber.
