一、正弦波振荡器的一般模型在电子技术中,存在各种各样的正弦波振荡器电路,常用的由晶体三极管与RC网络构成的RC振荡器,由晶体三极管与LC网络构成的LC振荡器,还有由隧道二极管等负阻器件与LC网络构成的负阻振荡器等。以往对RC振荡器和LC振荡器的分析一般采用的模型是如图1(a)所示的反馈振荡模型,而对LC负阻振荡器的分析采用的模型是如图1(b)所示的负阻振荡模型。 First, the general model of sine wave oscillator In electronic technology, there are a variety of sine wave oscillator circuit, commonly used by the transistor and the RC network consisting of RC oscillator, crystal transistor and the LC network LC oscillation Devices, as well as negative resistance devices such as tunnel diodes and LC network negative resistance oscillator.
